Domino's Pizza - Orange Park

I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant. When I tried to speak to a manager about issues with my order, they disconnected my call. I placed an order on October 15 at 6:30 PM, but the tracker app wasn't functioning, so I called at 7:30 PM. I was informed that my order was still in the "to make" line and that it would be at least an hour before they even started preparing it. Are you kidding me? I ended up canceling the order, but to my surprise, the Domino's delivery guy showed up at my door at 10:30 PM! I told him to take it back since I had canceled the order three hours earlier. I live just 10 minutes away, and my previous deliveries have consistently taken over an hour. The pizza arrives cold, and they often miss the toppings I requested. Goodbye, Domino's!

My favorite pizza restaurant! The food is always served hot and fresh, and the staff is fantastic. The manager is excellent too! Prices are very reasonable, and there are plenty of coupons available on the app, along with a rewards program.

I walked in and ordered a couple of pizzas, and the staff were incredibly friendly, really making me laugh. When my pizza arrived, I realized I had forgotten to request no garlic seasoning. The staff member was very accommodating and quickly made me fresh pizzas without the seasoning. She was fantastic—so nice, with a nose ring and a lot of tattoos, and just really cool overall. I don't recall her name, but she was an outstanding employee. I will definitely return to this location!

Real hit or miss. If this place wasn't so cheap, I'm sure we wouldn't continue to get pizza here. Delivery is terrible, so I always do pick up. Despite all online orders being automated and clearly visible on the monitors, they usually manage to getsomething incorrect on our orders. Use at your own risk.

Ordered a couple of LG pizzas and a salad . The first pizza was the meats pizza and added onion ,bell peppers ,tomatoes, roasted red peppers and mushrooms They got all the veggies on the pizza but forgot the meat. Call the manager and she was verysorry and offered to replace it . Great customer service. I will be back soon!
