The Caves St. Martins

The seafood chowder is truly amazing. It's hearty but not overly heavy, just like the ones you find in Quincy Market.

The waiter recommended the seafood casserole as the top dish on the menu, but unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy it. Although it sounded appetizing, it turned out to be bland and fishy.

We ordered the seafood platter and a side of coleslaw. The chowder was rich with seafood and delicious. The coleslaw was also great, although the portion size could have been larger.

This was hands down the best meal we had in New Brunswick! I couldn't get enough of the Chowder and I'm already craving more. I definitely want to go back. The service, dining experience, and atmosphere all scored a perfect 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying their world famous seafood Chowder. The price per person ranges from CA$10 to $20 for dinner.
