フィードバックを提供するMy homewrecker boat was completely smothered in sour cream cheese and lettuce. Ive been to Moes one time before when they put my toppings on they didnt put that much. they definitely overdid it this time. and it was my first time trying the steak which I did not like. I was very disappointed with my food. and Im in a hotel I was at least expecting them to give me a fork and a spoon or something to eat my food with which they didnt.
The order came with a drinkand this is the second time I ordered and no drinks
I'm usually not on this side of the city, but it happened last night in the map room. Moe?s is usually not one of my?go too? Places because of the number of elections in my area. My spouse and I came by last night at 19:30 and had the opportunity to be greeted, served and impressed by the Friday night crew. They were a well-oiled machine to get the food out and work together. Every single encounter of the two young men who had the food to the blonde (I know there were actually 3 there), which in the cashier was very pleasant. It was also closing time (I remember these days) and they treated all customers well even if it was 8:30. I found the card of the manager over the Salsa bar and on my way I asked one of the young men when this was the person to write. At this moment he asked me? was there something I can do or help with?, that shows a true feeling of maturity. The food was good. I had a salad and my spouse had the bowl. This is fast food not gourmet, but it meets the place and I will tell you the customer service will keep me back in Orange City. It looks like a lot of bad reviews are people who use third-party delivery, etc. Sitting there and watching the process, they seemed to be there to take out the food. What happens when it goes is another story.
My husband and I went in like 30 mins before closing... super hungry. I didn't even realize they were actually closing up until I got to the register. The service I got was great. There were no attitudes or rolling of the eye. Even tho I'm sure everyone was mentally clocked out. Thank you for just being nice and great customer service. It didn't go unnoticed
Do not eat here! Very bad customer service. I placed an order online only to end up with an incomplete order. I called the store immediately to notifying management. I was told by the shift manager that there was nothing he could do to assist me with receiving the items I paid for. He stated I would need to sign up for Moes rewards in order to receive a credit back. Really?! Never again will Moes receive my hard earned money. You just lost a customer over something that could?ve easily been corrected. Don?t waste your money folks!!
