フィードバックを提供するThis has definitely become my favorite dining spot of this trip. We picked this restaurant based on a friend's recommendation, and it exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was quite distinctive, though we did have to contend with some pesky flies. The food arrived quickly, and it was the most delicious meal I had during my travels. I ordered the swordfish salad, and I would absolutely get it again. I highly recommend checking this place out! Just a tip: spray your ankles to ward off the flies. My wife found that propping her feet up helped minimize the bites.
Courtney was absolutely the best. She was so kinda and helpful with our big group. Will be back ! Vegetarian options: Veggies bowl
Our waiter, Courtney, was fantastic! The food was wonderful and the atmosphere was delightful!
Initial service was great, it was explained there were no seating arrangements to make ourselves at home, and it was walk up service. Sounds good and is fantastic for hanging without much bother from others and a few drinks. Our table had spilled something or another on it which took asking 5 different people, one of which asked exactly where we were before they left to grab supplies, then vanished into the fabric of time and space. It took the bartender catching an attitude and rolling eyes to come and smear it with a dirty rag. I understand it may not be their job or a reoccurring issue that 's causing extra strain on their duties. Note, the two people I saw who appeared to be cleaning staff glanced at tables and did nothing to wipe them, or just swept off the big bits. From the area and quality of their partner establiments and their expectations for customer service I 'm seeing a surprising disconnect. The table markers for the party next to us were placed on our table which as stated by them, didn 't make sense. The open concept and lack of dedicated zones or regular use of the buzzers to mitigate confusion seems to be a bit of an issue as we were asked multiple times by various staff if we ordered x meals only to watch them bounce from table to table asking. The food was brought timely, not hot but warmer than ambient. The Grouper sandwich was just that. Decent filet size however the flavor was just not where I was expecting with the ratings. The sides are separate and fairly pricey specifically for the fries, which I 'll touch later. Blackened shrimp tacos. Not sure where the seasoning or blackened portion of the name is. I was hoping for the seasoning to be there to compensate for the plating but was disappointed. Just store bought steamed shrimp on a taco. The mango slaw was definitely a load of slaw but no flavor in the mango somehow and a hint of heat would have done it justice, maybe offer some Texas Pete packets like we had with MREs. Kids chicken tenders, welp, treat your kids to something better. Fries definitely didn 't seem fresh, loaded or not was just a hand full topped with a touch of stuff. For what we paid id would expect bigger portions, or better quality considering I basically have to do everything service wise after initial human contact. The atmosphere for hanging and drinking yeah I can see where it would check a few boxes of catch a buzz and bland food to sober up while not watching my pocket book for a good night out, maybe that 's why there 's the 4+ stars overall and I just dont see it. Kids had fun in the sand but I can think of plenty other places better service, quality, and cleanliness for my kids to eat and play. As a local I hate to see these places that look like fun and rate high for them to fall flat when trying to enjoy where we live. Stick to holes in the wall. If you want beach and drink go to the package store and the public beach. You want food and a park go to Chick-fil-A. Both combined will cost less for more. Drive further The Salty Pearl towards Perdido key. For similar and far better quality.
Drinks were on pint, Food was amazing and the view even better.
