Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I just went through the drive through and the cashier (Jessica) while making my drink wipes her nose and proceeded to grab the lid to put on my cup. I asked her to wash her hands and give me a refund. She starts talking to another employee about me asking her to wash her hands. Girl that's nasty and I will not be returning to that location.

This is the nastiest restaurant I've ever been in I went through the drive through but had to come in the lobby because there was no sauce on my wings I explained to the woman that I like sauce on my wings and that the wings were fried to a crisp I'm not paying 15 dollars for something I Can't eat she took the wings and told the girl to put sauce on them she handed them right back to me I said ma'am I want them recooked because they were hard an had no sauce she then proceeded to tell me that she has the right to refuse service to anyone that she wants to an that she was refusing service to me I guess because she didn't want to recook my food so I took my money and went to another restaurant I will never attempt to eat here again the managers name was Jessica she was short and chunky with blonde hair she is the most rude person I have ever met she really shouldn't be in customer service much less be a manager. Don't eat at this Zaxby's.

Awful. Door is locked at 11:22am on a Wednesday. Food and service is

TERRIBLE! The lobby was destroyed. The people that worked in this establishment were all miserable. No one at all smiled once. They got our food wrong not once not twice. But three solid times. We finally gave up asking. The food made my entire family sick. Still sick currently from eating lunch here today ! Totally disgusted. Only snapped one pic. Highly advise against this location. Again you can clearly see in the pic that the peopleWorking at this establishment do not care at all. They were not busy. No excuse for such a sloppy restaurant. We even had to wipe our own table down!!! And the people that worked here allowed it instead of doing it themselves.
