This place is authentically African Actually delicious and well made go try the food I recommend the chicken and beef with okra or egusi soup

Flew in from Mexico, and we are really hungry. The minute we got to this restaurant, trust their food is on a whole different level. And the owner is such a friendly lady, I strongly recommend this place.

This used to be our go to spot for African food, however the food is just okay now in my opinion. I'm hoping that the cook will go back to really putting the African flavours and spices back into the food so that I can fall back in love with the food.

The manager or woman in charge was nice, welcoming, and attentive. She also has a sense of humor, which was nice.There was also a waitress... a Spanish-speaking somewhat elderly lady with big and seemingly FULL bewbs behind her snug shirt. At least size DD, I 'm thinking. This has nothing to do with the food, but It was a nice aspect to the visit ?I ordered the okro soup (assorted meats) with pounded yam fufu, a bottle of palm wine, and Jamaican ginger beer. The meats in the soup had too many big bones, and the soup itself needed more Maggi, salt, and pepper. However they provided akabanga hot oil and salt, and I was happy. The fufu had a nice even consistency, not too hard and not too soft.The restaurant is in a convenient location, easily accessible via public transit and ride shares. The store part of the place also has a variety of random useful ingredients and products. If I ever revisit Miami, I 'll be sure to dine AND shop at this restaurant again! ??Parking: If I 'd driven here, I 'd have no problem finding parking next to the restaurant or around the corner.Kid-friendliness: Not much space for kids to run around, but they shouldn 't be running around anyway! The dining area also has a TV for entertainment.

The food was horrible. I bought food from my son and i, the food was completely inedible so I threw it in the trash! $33 wasted, never again!
