Loved having my granddaughters birthday dinner here last night Thursday. She is of special needs and the lovely host was nice enough to accommodate the big room for us to be more comfortable.The service was exceptional… from server to chef to the gentleman helping out with our refills, everyone was so welcoming and attentive.Will definitely be returning.The food was great and the little birthday ice cream was definitely a treat for my granddaughter im sure she enjoyed watching the show?

I usually try to leave positive reviews, but we had a pretty bad experience when my group ate here on 7/1/23. We had a reservation, and even though we arrived early, we were not seated until 10 minutes after the reservation. I usually find this to be acceptable, but then we still had to wait another 10 minutes to order drinks and apps. It took a few minutes to receive the drinks. Another party arrived at our table 20 minutes after we had been seated. It almost felt like they were delaying service until another group arrived. Our order was taken about 5 minutes after the other group was seated, so we had to wait 35 minutes to order. Our apps arrived at the table at the same time as the other party, even though we ordered 10 to 15 minutes before their order was taken. Then we had to wait another 20 for a chef to arrive at our table. The food was okay, but I would not say it was great. All that being said, our chef Adam and server Andrew were awesome. They did their best to improve our experience.

I Had an opportunity to take my dad and son to Tokyo Wako for Father's day. We had a great time. The service was first rate, the food was prepared fast and was delicious. Cara, the bartender, makes a great Mojito. What's really enjoyable is the overall experience. I definitely recommend Tokyo Wako.Food: 5/5

This place is amazing, down to the wonderful customer service and excellent food. We had the pleasure of meeting the GM Andres last night. He was absolutely wonderful. We asked to speak with him because our server Andrew was great, and our chef Alexander was outstanding! My family and I had a wonderful time, we can't wait to come back and visit them all again!!! Thanks again, gentlemen.

The food and service were excellent! However, only the teppan tables were available. My date and I were looking for a more intimate atmosphere, so we requested a booth, and they kindly accommodated us, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, they closed at 9 PM on a Friday, which was disappointing since we arrived at 8 PM. Overall, the food was a 5/5!
