フィードバックを提供するThis Subway is in Ontario. First time there. Place was very clean, to go only. Wear mask or no service. Polite, friendly employees. Took care of me.
Terrible experience. I didn 't mind the food being bad or even that they charged me the wrong amount. the refund never came back on my card that 's when the issue got worse. The manager Crystal was so rude on the phone and basically called me a liarabout my refund. Spoke to the District manager Jose and he was practically the same. I had to make 3 trips down to therestaurant to get this fixed. When I showed him my receipt, he realized their mistake and gave me my refund with a weak sorryfor the inconvenience . Don 't eat here or if you see someone with the name Crystal get out of there fast!
The place was quite dirty, and the soda machine was broken, splattering soda all over me. On a positive note, the employees were very friendly.
This is the worst Subway I have ever visited. The bread was incredibly hard, and when I took a bite of my sandwich, I realized the bacon was raw and not heated properly. I showed my husband’s sandwich to highlight the bacon issue. This is my second time here; the first experience was terrible, but I thought I’d give it another chance since I live nearby. However, I won't be returning. I'm writing this review in hopes that no one gets sick from visiting this location.
The staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean. All employees wore masks and prepared food orders promptly! I even caught a Bidoof here, so I would definitely recommend this place.
