フィードバックを提供するThe first time I had a Papadia, it was great, the next two times it was just such a disappointment. There was hardly anything I could not taste cheese. so went to another dad! John's great again. Don't go to the Euclid in Ontario.
Ordered a pizza and cheese bread 630pm on a Monday night. The worker on the phone said it was going to be 35 to 4t minutes. 730pm comes around and no pizza. Called the place and the worker proceeded to say the pizza is on the way. 815pm, the delivery driver showed up finally with cold pizza and cheese sticks. The pizza was not great. NOW I remember why we never order Papa John's pizza. Thanks but No Thanks.
They messed up my order, I called back to too see if they could fix BUT NONE OF THE STAFF ANSWERED THE PHONE. I called the next day still no answer until the third day. HERE'S THE KICKER THEY SAID ITS TOO LATE. I SHOULD OF CALLED ON MON NOT WED. IVE BEEN COMING HERE FOR YEARS BUT F THIS PLACE. LITTLE CAESARS BABY. (On the photo I asked for pineapple and this what I got)
Ordered a large pepperoni mushroom pizza and the mushrooms tasted sour!! We’re 3 and we all were eating at the same time until we realized. We called to complain and get a new pizza. They didn’t want to compensate us because the “policy states you can only eat 2 slices What the heck!! The mushrooms were sour! My bf made them replace the pizza at the end. This was our regular spot. Never coming back to this location again.
I ordered 2 medium pizzas online and when it was delivered the delivery person tried to give me the wrong order. I told him it was not correct and he insisted that it was my order. It wasn't until I pointed out that the label did not have me address that he accepted it as wrong. He then tried to continue to give me the wrong order. The whole experience was upsetting that I called to cancel my order because the driver said there must have been a mix up. So I would have to wait again to get my order which is ridiculous as it took an hour just to get that one. So I would have to wait another hour. Then when I call they say 3 orders were messed up like mine. I just cant believe there was that many messed up orders. I will never be ordering from here again just a horrible experience all around. Anyone thinking of ordering from here I would avoid doing so, otherwise it is a 50/50 you get your order. I should have checked this places reviews. Just order from somewhere else you will be happy you did. Update: I want to give an update because I want other customers to have the full picture of this place. The owner just called me and it only took 3 WEEKS. They apologized and then proceeded to blame the pandemic and lack of being able to keep people. They spent most of the phone call blaming workers saying it was hard to get quality people to work. I have worked retail 15 years and I can tell you from experience this is not a worker problem this is a management problem. The owner did try and compensate me by offering a free large one topping, stressing that one topping. I declined because I said I was done with this place and I meant it and all the owner did was confirm I made the right call.
