El Pollo Loco - Ontario

Food is just very annoying in the crowd. I live in Riverside, but here in Ontario for work and decided to stop at one of my favorite restaurants. I often buy the Tostadas and when I got my order, it looked much lower (less food) than what I usually get. It started eating it and when I came to the beans and rice, there was my disappointment, it is a BIG difference from my Riverside Store. Showed it to the person responsible and she said that was the right portion?.oooook. Never again!

Drive thru girls are nasty rude! Screwed up the order 3times! When I asked how many more times do I need to say the order she and a Co worker started laughing. They thought it was funny. Me as a customer thinks it's very rude disrespectful. She proceeded to say she has other job duties so ya it's takes 3 or 4times to get a order right. If you can't multi-tasking you shouldn't be working the window. She thought it was funny again. I requested her manager and she said call later not available really! Again very nasty rude! Won't be coming back! We've previously would curside and they bring out cold food or incorrect order. We've order online to pick up people look like they just rolled out of bed or don't speak again order messed up. Won't be back!

This is my favorite El Pollo Loco. I can eat here every day. The service is amazing, friendly, efficient, fast and helpful. You always got my order right in the drive-thru and inside. The staff knows the menu and offers suggestions if you are not sure what to order. My chicken is always warm and tasty. My salads are always made right and my drink order is always correct. I tried quite everything on the menu and it was all delicious!

Stop posting false hours if you won't be open or close to your time. And your customer service needs improvement. I stopped going for all this, but it looks like it didn't improve so I'm gonna stop coming.

Here at 19:15 and the door is closed and they don't let me in, despite the sign that the dining room is open until 8:00. There are several customers inside. I don't have a car to go through. Very good.
