Unnecessary 10 minute wait for 4 tacos. Wholly incompetent. Asked for no cheese; put some in there

My wife went there on Tuesday to get us Tacos on Taco Tuesday the Shells were stall as hell and the Fries she asked for were cold and under cooked she as them for fresh Fries and the 2nd set Fries were just as bad we never go back there after this experience. I reached out t corporate and they responded with a coupon for a $1 off of a 3$ purchase unbelievabl.

I was excited to try the new birria ramen that came out today 11/09/2023. I ordered it to go, I get home and I try it and its just ramen noodles no beef!What a rip off!I get online to see if its supposed to have beef and it is supposed to have beef! This particular location ripped me off on the beef.I tried to call the restaurant but they didnt pick up.I will be disputing it with my bank as item not what I paid for .They can enjoy the charge back as they tried to rip me off.I mean if you dont have beef anymore you should let your customers know.I would not go back to this place for birria ramen.The taste of the birria ramen itself was good, just the thought of the establishment shorting me on the beef ticked me off

The soda machine is always down. Their was no ice, and the sodas were more water than soda. The fish taco tasted old. The service is so bad, they rush you, and the restaurant is always dirty. The fries are always cold and tasted old. Such a disappointment.
