Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Onalaska

I made a reservation for a ten inch cake and gave horrible instructions on the colors of the NumberBlocks for my son’s 2 year cake. I mentioned the show and if they wanted to check it out that would be great. They nailed this thing out of the park! Kudos to the “arteest”

Dairy Queen hands out free ice cream cones once a year to hit off the start of summer. Choose from the ice cream flavors vanilla, chocolate or twist. Very tasty!!!

Disappointing AGAIN. Last time I stopped here, the machine that makes the mulattes and the slushies was not working. This time I stopped in and I did order a moolatte and it came half done. When I asked about whipped cream for topping no we don't have any. No apology for not having the supplies available for a menu item. Service was fast because they weren't busy but very very impersonal

The staff was very unprofessional when we got there. There was only 1 employee that actually acknowledged us and asked to help us. The rest that were up at the front counter had their backs turned and carried on with their personal conversation obnoxiously. My kids love the ice cream but the staff need to step up their professionalism.

Stopped for two soft serve ice creams in cups nothing difficult and nothing special. It took more than 20 minutes workers looked and sounded like they didn't want to be there. There was a mess at every station, drive through was at a standstill and inside was worse Will never go back!
