Caribou Coffee - Onalaska

I love my coffee, so I decided to try something new today. There are plenty of Kwik Trip locations in La Crosse, and I usually enjoy my Kona dark roast, but I'm always on the lookout for other options. The coffee itself was fine, but as some other reviews have mentioned, the wait time was quite lengthy. I waited at least 15 minutes with only three cars ahead of me, and all I wanted was a dark roast. At $3.50 for a large and an additional $1.50 for a top, I think I might just stick to the Kwik Trip across the street next time for my refill at $1.25. To be honest, I think the Kona dark tastes better. I noticed they have other items on their menu, but I wasn’t interested in food or any cream and sugar options. Perhaps there’s a different audience for this place. I didn’t observe any inside seating, just a drive-thru and a takeout window. Overall, it was acceptable but not great.

Gotta say they lucky their smoothies boosted things are so good because I hate having to wait at least 20 minutes in line every time I go there. If you don't have a bunch of time to sit I recommend going somewhere else.

Very nice place. It was late so I decaf coffee with a friend. Coffee was good didn't even taste like decaf. The place has lots of room to sit and many tables. They also have a lot of delicious looking baked goods. Life is very clean and the staff was very friendly. It's a very warming inviting environment.

Was a pretty long wait time after I ordered. Only got a cold drink n was over 20 mins.

This has been my go to coffee shop for the last 5 years. The staff was friendly, coffee was always great and it was quick. In the last 6 or 7 months, things have changed so drastically. The staff has all changed (as far as I've seen) and the new members are just cold, bordering on rude. It has definitely made a difference in where I chose to go on a regular basis. The last two times I've gone, I've burnt myself on the coffee. As a constant coffee drinker, I expect it to be hot. I don't expect it to actually burn my tongue and leave it sore till the next day. I mentioned it the first time, to be told they must have hit the extra hot button. Twice in a row tells me they're either being careless or something has changed. Not sure I'll be back for a while.
