Dairy Queen - Omak

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant's drive-thru. Despite placing a specific order, the staff did not listen and got it completely wrong. It's disappointing that the customer is not always right here. Instead of giving me what I asked for, they downsized my order. This kind of poor customer service is unacceptable. I don't think I will be returning to this location anytime soon.

I like to order their special, the ole charcoal junior and love the buster bars and the ice cream cake!

Fast and nice service. Fries were a little salty though.

They were unable to accommodate my request for a simple substitution. When I got home, my burger had everything I wanted.

You need to learn how to appeal to people at a customer-friendly level rather than acting as if they were not welcome there. sm
