Sonic Drive-in - Omaha

It's super sonic bacon double cheeseburger was great as usual and paired well with the Route 44 French vanilla cold brew coffee. Only issue was the app having a problem while trying to confirm what pickup stall I was in so I had to call the store but food came out

This is the third time I have experienced poor service at this restaurant. I will not be coming back again. It took forever to place our order and we waited 20 minutes for our food, which never came. The most frustrating part was seeing other customers who arrived after us being served before us.

The staff at this restaurant is lazy. I went to pick up an order on 02/28/24 at 9:45 and they didn't bother to ask what the order contained or anything, they just said they didn't have it. Then they made everyone come through the drive-thru only to wait for an order they claimed they didn't have. If you drive for DoorDash, Uber Eats, or any other delivery apps, I would not recommend taking orders from this place.

Even on a chilly night, the service was timely and welcoming.

Great food and service. Facility looked closed when we drove up. Server was awesome. Hopefully he gets the tip we left on the card.
