Runza - Omaha

The dining room was closed since we arrived late, but it's conveniently located near Trader Joe's.

I visited today to pick up a DoorDash order, and I have to say, the young man at the counter was outstanding. Despite it being the lunch rush, he expertly managed taking orders while also refilling supplies as customers came in requesting items that were out in the lobby. His customer service was truly impressive—he never missed a beat or seemed flustered at all. Restaurants need more employees like him! The entire staff worked collaboratively to handle the busy period, and he navigated it like a pro!

I'm going to give this Runza location a higher rating. The service is excellent, and everything runs smoothly compared to other fast food places, including other Runza restaurants. Their prices are comparable to or lower than many other fast food options. I usually order cheeseburgers, and I find them to be better than most similar offerings.
