The drive-thru line was quite long since the lobby has limited hours, so be ready for a wait. However, the food was delicious, and the customer service was quick and friendly!

My friend and I decided to use some coupons we had, so we drove through the drive-thru. When we mentioned the coupon, they simply told us to pull up to the window without asking if we were finished or giving us any options. Once at the window, my friend ordered a medium drink for about $2. After getting his food, we circled back around so I could place my order, but again, they didn't ask for any options. When I got to the window, they informed me that we couldn't use more than one coupon per day, which wasn't mentioned on the coupon itself. Then they claimed the coupon deal didn’t exist and asked if I still wanted to proceed with my order. Naturally, I didn’t want to pay full price when I had a coupon. As a result, I left without any food, and the service was rather rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially if you plan on using their coupons.

I ordered a chicken breast that was quite large, but unfortunately, it wasn't cooked all the way through. They also gave me a small portion of fries and skimped on the ice for my drink, which had completely melted by the time I got home. There was a previous occasion when they ran out of ice and didn't mention it until I inquired. I would like a refund, but they didn’t provide me with a receipt! I won't be coming back here again.

I stopped by the drive-thru to pick up some dinner after staying home with a cold. I had to make a quick trip to CVS for a prescription, but their drive-thru was closed, so I had to go inside. The line at the KFC Drive-Thru was very long, so I decided to order through their app. I was frustrated to find that I couldn't order fish via the app. After placing my order, I went inside to pick it up, only to be informed they were out of dark meat original recipe. I settled into a chair while they told me they could give me extra crispy chicken instead, which was great news! I grabbed my food along with some honey for the biscuits I was longing for. When I got home and started to serve my meal, I discovered there were no biscuits! I'm not feeling well, and all I wanted was some biscuits!

I got takeout, huh wasn't fresh at all and very fat. not worth the prizes. delicious Slavin? taters and gravy good. better if you in. I'm sure, misschurches chicken?
