Chipotle Mexican Grill - Omaha

Generally, we love Chipotle. We have often ordered the catering option for our small family of 5. I decided to treat the family and a catering order of chips salsa queso, to feed 50 people. They united our Queso and gave us only one bag of chips. We almost finished the chips in the first setting. Very disappointed we spent 50 on extra chips and Queso and 5 people almost finished it in the first session. I was disappointed when I picked it up and talked to the manager, but they said we shouldn't come anymore. Very disappointing and the worst at Chipotle. We love eating there, but that was hard.

Listed as closing at 10pm but went in and they said they were only doing online orders. What sense does that make whether I order online or in person? Went elsewhere. Close your lobby if you won?t serve customers.

Dear Cody, U, I'm sorry I received your order. Please never order this series of ingredients again, it tasted terrible. Update: try their new Cilantro Stem rice! Expertly crafted by stoned managers coughing over the food. #disgusting. Update: if your tiered, hungry and looking for a quick meal, this is a great place to be talked down to by the management staff. They enjoy declining simple requests such as putting corn in the quesadilla.

Wish I read reviews for this overpriced place first. Apparently this is a quesadilla? Queso was yucky. Chips and guac good but you should see the size for a ?regular?-ridiculously small. Super disappointed that I spent $23 for queso, guac and a ?quesadilla? to split with my daughter and we got some kind of rice and bean bowl. I repeated my order three times to three people (of whom nobody cared if I was there or not) and even asked the cashier if the quesadilla was in there. She said yes. It?s so hard to find places where people care, want to work and act like they want you at their business. They should step it up because with food prices being so high, people are being more choosy about their restaurant choices.

Went to Chipotle for the first time today to buy 5 meals, very disappointing. The employee's don't explained how the orders works and I end up bringing tacos with peppers and guacamole. At least the kids menu wasn't too bad! Never go back again.
