We had Flipside at the Poolesville Fourth of July celebration, and it was fantastic! Most of our family ordered burgers and fries, while my mother-in-law tried the fried Brussels sprouts. I can't emphasize enough how delicious everything was, and the portions were generous! Although there was a long line, I now understand why, and I can confidently say that the wait was well worth it. As a bonus, the woman who took our orders was incredibly friendly, even while they were busy. If I could give them more stars, I definitely would—everything was of excellent quality!
