Chick-fil-a - Olney

Most of my Cob salad was bad, I don't like to give bad reviews for someone, places or restaurants, but they need to improve it!

Wow, what a difference a good manager makes. Now that new management has taken over, it takes forever to get through the drive through even when its not super busy. The organization here is pretty terrible. Be prepared to wait anywhere from15-30 minutes just to get your order via drive through. How disappointing.

With the owner change it has drastically changed they cannot keep up with the demand and the workers need more training. I got a Cobb salad which you?d think is pretty simple to make and I am just disgusted at this point. My chicken looks like it?s bite sized lol and my salad smells as old as it looks. Just why

Entering and driving in this parking lot/drive-thru was the absolute worst, I witnessed no less than 6 incidents of impatient, unskilled drivers nearly colliding with others for refusal to give proper right of way. Not C-F-A's fault, this falls completely on the rude patrons. Food was good, staff was friendly dining area was clean, just very crowded and slow to receive food.

The people who work here are professional and inviting. Drive thru is fast and the place is often busy but they always manage to make every customer well taken care of. I usually order the nuggets which were a bit on a dry side but it still taste yummy. Clean and nice location of a Main Street. It?s seems pricey a bit..
