You can choose between pizza topped with paprika or without it, and everything is for takeout or curbside delivery only, so make sure to order ahead. The crust is wonderfully crispy, and don't forget to add a bag of freshly grated buffalo mozzarella cheese to your pizza. People travel from all over the tri-state area (and beyond) just for Patsy's pizza. It's an outstanding product, and the place is always bustling with activity—it's like a hive! If you're passing through Wheeling on I-70, do yourself a favor and stop by Patsy's. Just a heads up: as of this review, the original Patsy is still going strong at nearly 90 years old and remains the king of West Virginia pizza! P.S.: There's a rumor that in 2022, Robert Downey Jr. might bring Patsy's pizza to the set during filming in Pittsburgh, so stay tuned!

Absolutely the best pizza! We now live in Florida, but every time we visit, we pack a suitcase with coolers to bring pizza back on the plane! Ohio has its true gem!

Some people say they're looking for a good pizza place on the National Road in Wheeling. You can call ahead to pick up your order, or just stay in your car and someone will come out to take your order. They will bring it to you, rain or shine. The pizza is consistently good, but if you’re not a fan of sauce, be sure to request it light. One thing I really appreciate is that if you order more than five pizzas, you often get an extra slice!

The pizza is unique and can understand why locals love it about others, but it's nothing about it. Customer service is relaxed and the hours are strangely limited.

Oh boy, where do I start? The pizza reminds me of a bagel bite, it is absolutely fantastic. The staff was very kind, and fast too! I wasnt even hungry, but I am glad I tried it out!
