Potbelly Sandwich Shop Olive Branch

My family really enjoyed their sandwiches. I wasn't the Mediterranean sandwich. It hardly had a chicken. Customer service was great. I'll try something else again.

I?ve heard great things about this company at work. However, I?m not impressed. This was my first experience with this company.The customer service was awesome, but my food was not. I ordered the BLTA with very little bacon. I wish I would?ve ordered the gyro instead. I was looking at the menu online and was excited prior to ordering my meal about the taste of the sandwich. Online it looked so good and every ingredient on the sandwich was visible including the bacon. I was disappointed in my sandwich because it looked like a veggie sandwich, meaning it was lacking the key ingredient, the BACON.I will try this place again because of the great customer service. I?ll just try a different sandwich next time.

Incredible. Incredible food, incredible customer service. Always gives me a piece of turkey for my dog when I come through the drive through. I love these guys!! By far my favorite sandwich shop in town.??

Best salads ever! Every time we come here, the food is consistent, the employees are friendly, and the restaurant is clean! Looking for a cold loaded salad, this is the place to go!
