Ihop - Olive Branch

The food was cold, and my drinks weren’t refilled. I waited 20 minutes for the check. I’m giving it 3 stars due to these issues. However, on 5/25, I came in for breakfast and had a much better experience. The meal was hot, and the service was quick. I usually order the spinach mushroom omelet, but today I tried it as a burrito, and it was really delicious. I’m giving this experience 5 stars!

The sweetest sisters were on the night shift when we arrived with a party of nine. We only had to wait about 15 minutes for a table, and we had a fantastic time. These sisters took great care of all the other diners as well. My pancakes were incredible, especially with the caramel sauce. We had a wonderful time at our favorite local IHOP!

I drove over to the restaurant because I live close enough that it's faster than figuring out the app. I arrived at 6:15 and found two people waiting for their orders, four tables occupied, a waitress at the front, and a cook listening to ESPN. I waited about 10 minutes while the waitress got caught up before I could place my to-go order. Another customer informed me that they had actually closed the night before due to a lack of staff. Everything else was typical top-notch IHOP quality, so I don't blame the staff for this situation. It really seems to be an issue of poor management. I think the waitress deserves a bigger tip for her hard work, like I gave her!

The place is always lively and crowded, one of the most visited iHops, I received fast service and my food was correct, I think they need just a little more staff to balance out the rush but the people working there now are doing an amazing job. I just got through eating and the food was bomb AF, my hashes were slightly toasted and even they was appreciate it staff

Today a Lacey Pick! I asked her if it should be 2 or 3 stars and 2 it was. I'm not saying the food was terrible, it was pretty good. I thought my pancakes were some boiled, but hey enjoyed theirs and I gave em my meat. I usually never eat eggs and I did that today. I think the problem was today the crazy long waiting time and lack of communication and not attentive service. I think the server was sweet, but that doesn't define a meal. I'll say it could be worse.
