Typically, if you treat your normally frozen and tasty it melted. The standard situation is that every car has to return its order, taking FOREVER, and probably wasting a stupid amount of food. Manager must act.
Visited Tuesday 9/7 at 4:40 PM. This is the THIRD Reese?s Extreme blizzard I?ve ordered in about a month. They have yet to get it right. The first one was vanilla ice cream with Reese?s pieces. That?s it. The second was was an Oreo blast (not my fav) with Reese?s pieces. This is the third and last time I will try getting anything from this place. No peanut butter, no chocolatey topping, no Reese?s pb cups. Just vanilla ice cream and Reese?s pieces. The only EXTREME thing about this blizzard is the wait time I endured and the disappointment upon seeing the finished product. I even asked the DQ employee where the candy was and he said ?it?s all in there?. It was not in there. I have suffered my last disappointment at the hands of the OB DQ.
Meal cost about 20 dollars a person if you get a meal and a blizzard. Usually good food, but our one time through this location took almost 15 minutes to pay and obtain food. We got charged for size up (ordered regular size and charged for large), obtained extra items and had items missing when they brought the food to us.
I 'd give it 0 if I could. Negative even. They should be ashamed. We put in an order online, sat for 15 min, watched our food sitting on the counter for it to be wrong. The blizzard was melted (did NOT turn it upside down), and we call and ask for a manager we get hung up on and have to call back. Finally we get Terrence the manager. We ask for a refund, he says no. We ask for an apology, he says a refund is your apology . Like how on earth is that how you treat customers?!?! If you don 't want to work with people or in the service industry, then find another job.
We sat in line waiting to order for over 5 minutes and we were the only car there. They were out of sweet tea. They were out of gravy for the chicken strip basket so I ordered honey mustard instead. When I got my order, there was no toast as advertised with the meal, no honey mustard, and fries that were barely cooked. With my husband's meal, it was $23 total. Oh! His drink didn't even have any ice. Definitely not worth it. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.
