Under staffed but very efficient crew. Order is never wrong and always fresh. Great managers from top to bottom. Most definitely will be back.

Great food and the lady who took the order did it well. I'd give them 5 stars, but they won't let you feel welcome.

I decided to wash my car next door and could smell Captain D's delicious food. There were a few cars in the drive-thru, but that's usual since they cook everything to order. I was only in line for about 2 minutes. As always, the food was hot—I ordered a piece of fish and fries—and my order was correct. The staff was friendly, which made the experience even better. You really can't beat that!

This restaurant offers an excellent deal for seniors on Wednesdays and Sundays, where you can enjoy a hearty dinner for just $5.99, which includes a drink. Unlike many other places that have significantly increased their prices beyond inflation rates while also reducing portion sizes or quality, this spot remains a reliable choice. I always opt for the country-style two-piece fish, cooked to order, which means it comes with less breading. I'm grateful to the establishment for their consideration of seniors!

This restaurant was a great find late at night when all the other places in Wels were closed. Captain D's offers a different kind of catfish than what we're used to in the southern USA; they serve Vietnamese catfish, also known as Swai. While the flavor and texture differ, it remains mild and enjoyable. They provide all the typical sides you might expect, like macaroni and cheese, fries, and hush puppies. The service was quick and very friendly. Overall, it's not a bad fast food option for seafood.
