フィードバックを提供するStore looks a little old and could probably use a good cleaning of the lobby but the ice cream was very good and me and my friends enjoyed it. We tried lots of different flavors and enjoyed each of them would go back.
Do not ever order a birthday cake from this location! I ordered a large sheet cake to feed 30 people, for which I paid $60. But when a family member picked up the cake, she was given a tiny cake that probably would have fed 8-10 people at most. It took the store over an hour to make the correct cake and it was very sloppy, melting, and looked nothing like the one pictured on the website. I complained to the manager, but she was rude and refused to give any discount on the cake. I will never order anything from them again.
Pulled up at 8:47 on Tuesday evening. Watched a non employee walk to the door and lock it as we were getting out of our vehicles. Big group, couple have been a big order. The employees began picking up all the ice cream tubs and intentionally failed to make eye contact while we knocked. The non-employee would look over and look back intentionally ignoring us. .. sign clearly says closes at 10pm... I guess you close a business whenever you feel like it nowadays. I'll learn to keep lowering my expectations, but I won't be back.
Rude! I asked for lemon and was given vanilla ice cream. How do you not know your ice creams? You weren't even busy.
I placed an order for a brownie ice cream cake on Thursday for my daughters birthday. I received a call on Friday afternoon letting me know that their baker was not in town and couldn?t make our cake. Due to the inconvenience she offered to give me two smaller size cakes to equal my original request. She said she would offer 50% off the second cake. I show up today to pick them up and I?m assuming was the owner said they don?t offer half off the cakes so it?s full price. What looked like her daughter agreed with me and said that the employee from yesterday did in fact offer the 50% off. She still didn?t care and charged me full price for cakes I didn?t even want to begin with. The staff is definitely unprofessional and really need to look into customer service classes. If your employees promise something to customers, it?s your responsibility to honor that. As business owners, you hire your staff and should trust their judgement. If that isn?t the case you should discuss with your employees but never go back on what was promised to a customer! For sure my last time going to this location. Not once did the owner apologize for any of it! No compassion whatsoever.
