Tim Hortons - O'LEARY

OK, Tims is Tims... or not? Service excellent, def one of th better drive thru's, even allowing for the queues, I think only Tims within 20+kms. Seem to offer Ice Caps below the line, had to ask twice for top up and I think I had yday's iced Cinnamon Bun. Overall aok.

We stop there at least 3 times a day, ever since it opened. It's a amazing spot with great food, amazing service. I've been to lot of Tim Horton's all over the Maritime's and this one is the best. The friendly staff thoughtful manager goes above and beyond. Thanks to the manager Bev for the professional team she taught well. Thanks to Damian, Christine Marti and off course the manager Bev for the friendliness, politeness and professional manner. It's a pleasure to walk in and see these faces. I go to this tim hortons every morning from may till October and this time has the friendliest staff ever !they always have a smile if its busy or not and most mornings it very busy !most days we dont even have to tell them our order they know exactly what we want !the manager bev is just like a sister to us all she loves to carry onn and always has a good morning to everyone !now if all Tim's on pei were like this one they would be very lucky !koodoos to oleary Tim hortons you all do a great job !excellent and friendly staff and the place is Always clean

Tim Hortons are always good with good service, but most haven’t figured out the efficient delivery of the food to the customer and this one is a good example. It seems they are geared up for low numbers of customers at the same time, because if more than say 3 4 orders are put in at the same time, the orders come out in pieces for example our hot chocolate then someone else’s hot tea, then our coffee then someone else’s order etc. it gets confusing as they don’t know who’s order belongs to who and everyone just stares at each other when the food comes out. I don’t know why they can’t figure this out.
