The food was good but this location has terrible service. They messed up my mom’s order, and when I tried to order a certain drink, I was waiting forever for it even though we already had our food. I went to the counter to ask what was up and they said they were out of that drink, which they should have told me before I paid for it! They said I could just choose a different one because they claimed that all drinks were the same price, which was not true. I got iced tea instead, but the iced tea’s ice was half melted already, which they shouldn’t be if their ice machine is working properly. How the hell do you screw ice tea? And for the final nail in the coffin, there were ants all over our booth. Avoid this location like the plague.
Your Cuban was on point! The pork was spot on delicious! The only thing I would change about it is to slice the pickle. The wedge makes the sandwich go lopsided, and you don't get pickle with more bites of tje sandwich.
First and last time in this restaurant. The guy taking the order didn’t know what he was doing and spend about 10 minutes taking our 2 plates order. He seem to don’t understand English or Spanish. The supervisor seem to be only in the window taking drive thru orders and didn’t seem to care about the counter.End up spending 34 dls for a 2 plate 2 drinks order which my pineapple lemonade was so disgusting that I almost throw up when taking the first sip. Tasted like rotten pineapple.I’m not coming here again.
I will NEVER visit this restaurant again. This was the 3rd time I had an issue with an order at this location. I reached out to their customer support hotline and reported my issue twice with no follow up email or phone call, VERY unprofessional to say the least. I am not the type to write reviews but if I can save someone the headache of over paying for food that isn 't correct, I will write a review 100 times over. The ABSOLUTE WORST!!! I placed my order through the drive thru at about 9:30pm and was asked to pull up to a parking spot after I paid because they had to make the fried yuca , I waited well over 10 minutes for my order to get home and find out that they gave me what appeared to be the last few pieces of fried yuca that they had leftover. They were all dry, burnt and cold. Needless to say I have yet to receive a refund or even a simple reply from management. On top of that, the person that took my order was a manager!!! Please don 't insult me with a reply apologizing for my experience when nothing is going to be done about it.
