Tim Hortons - Old Toronto

Everyone here works very hard, they are often overworked and burnt out. There definitely needs to be more employees on shift but overall the food is good as is the service.It's the rude people that don't have empathy for everything the employees have to go through, and the neighborhood crazies that are constantly causing trouble that bring the location down.

Took 20 minutes to make an ice Capp and a bagel. Then I go to the bathroom to find this! This is absolutely disgusting and this owner and operator should be ashamed to be open with a rest room looking like that and staff that take 20 minutes to do something that should be done in a few minutes. Definitely need

One of the worst tim hortons i have ever been too please change the stafg is horrible and the food is so bad .

Now and then you find line ups and depends on who is managing sometimes they can really take long and sometimes they clear up fast.

They need to hire more ppl for 6 am and manager needs to be on the floor helping them out instead seating in the back ….
