Wawa - Old Bridge

I witnessed a worker named Ann accidentally put the wrong spice on a piece of bread. She then wiped it off with a paper towel and added more of the correct spice. Unfortunately, this ruined my sandwich and negatively affected my overall experience.

Love was coffee and sandwiches. They have several brands of fresh coffee and it is not expensive like Starbucks or Dunkin. You also have all other hot/cold things and breakfast etc. . Nice and quick service and billing . Many parking spaces outside. You also have a gas station. Nice and good overall??

Menu items to be available are not available. This is common with any Wawa in the area, because their area managers are more worried about bonus money and not customers. It seems that they intentionally rent subqualified general managers who do not know correct customer service when painted on the shield before them. I ask customers not to buy anything if the store is missing a product they should look for and have. Do not reward shops for cutting corners. Making your life uncomfortable because they?re trying to make bonus. They should be there for your convenience, not for theirs.

I went to the restaurant late at night with Amanda and one other person. It was surprisingly busy for just the two of them working, but Amanda handled it like a pro! She was quiet, friendly, and super efficient. I really hope the management appreciates her hard work!

Terrible service, same thing happened with me thrice. We ordered one chicken burrito and one egg burrito I dont eat chicken ..when I took a bite of my egg burrito, it had chicken in it. They labeled the burrito wrong...this same thing happened with me thrice. Seriously, utterly awful.
