Really nice location, good food and nice and friendly staff. But they say they're a wine restaurant and they're not. You have some nice wines on the bottle, but only house wine on the glass. In a wine restaurant I expect a relatively large selection of beautiful wines on the glass in different price classes and a large selection of beautiful wines on the bottle, also in different price classes, but I found nothing of it. If you are not disturbed by the wine, then go there. If you take care of the wine, there is an enoteca 2 doors down. I didn't try it, but do it and let me know.
The garden is beautiful and so is the bar, but the food was pretty dirty. My girlfriend ordered the squid, and I had the duck both felt like eating several layers of rubber. For these prices you expect much better. Drink something, no dinner.
The restaurant has a beautiful outdoor area in the garden and the food is very good most staff beautiful... my only problem was 'cut fish gate' when I ordered the beak fish, but what I was definitely served wasn't schnapps fish. I was brought to another court, but when it was charged, the owner or the man responsible demanded that I pay 50% for the court I didn't eat. He didn't speak English so a poor girl was there, there it was ridiculous, I really felt for her and we googled cuttlefish to show them photos that the fish I was actually served but he was still 't got it. After all, the guy was back, but it ruined the night, and I guess who translated the menu incorrectly could have caused his anger.
DO NOT WASTE TIME ON DINNER HERE. (Maybe it's a good place to have a drink tho. And we might just have been unlucky with our dinner) We had our first dinner in olbia here and it made me want to leave Italy or go back to Sorrento. Waiter was friendly but it ended in a disaster. They charge you money to sit at a table aswell. They were quick to give us a table in the nice garden and very fast take order for water and drinks. We asked for two bottles of white wine and they cost 50 euro each(it was a very good vine tho but it would be nice to known the price before hand) After that everything was super slow. Waited a long time for the food, we got the food one by one with minutes in between. And they completely missed one dish. Which we didn't get for another 20 minutes atleast. I had the pesto pasta and it was bathing in a sea of oil, worst pasta I've had in my life. Raw shrimp spagetti pasta had a weird taste. Vongole seemed fine tho. I wish I tried another restaurant my first night in olbia, this was a wasted opportunity to find good food.
