Texas Roadhouse - Olathe

We were already often in texas, this time we had a nice server name marissa (10/10 would recommend. she was great, timely service with a smile. Eat was perfect, thanks marissa!

Food good although don’t order a steak any longer way too expensive.

I usually go once a week and the food and service are consistently good. I went about a week ago and today. Bothe visits were awful. First off, the entrance area stunk like body odor and sweat. I understand it is hot, but both times it was not that busy. That surprised me as it is always busy. Last week it took forever to get my salad and when I finally got it, the meal came about 2 minutes later. The Dallas filet was chewy and I was not sure if it was a filet or if they got a cheaper cut of meat. When I went today, I ordered the grilled shrimp. It had way too much seasoning on it. I have ordered it several times before and it was never this spicy. And it seemed that all the servers were new as they would not check on us or even listen to our requests for peanuts, more soda, etc. And a gentleman who was possibly a manager walked by our booth and said an obligatory How was your meal, did everything taste good? . My friend said yes, and I said no. He said Glad to hear. . Clearly he did not really care and was not listening. This was definitely the worst experience I have had over the 200 or 300 times I have eaten here. It used to be my favorite place to eat. Has there been a change in management? And the bathrooms were not clean. I was extremely disappointed.

Great, lively, fun environment. Food was delicious. Ellie, our server, who said she was fairly new was A+ in every way. Drinks and rolls were refilled before we had to ask. She has a great personality. We were able to enjoy our family dinner without having to worry about anything. She made our night great.

The food was delicious! I always order the steak kabobs. The prime rib is also super good.
