Whataburger - Oklahoma City

The food was good but we had a 30 minute wait and when we finally got our food it was made incorrectly. We ended up just taking it anyways and heading out, didn't want to wait another 30 minutes.

This location continues to go down hill, there is no pride in the food they serve. Ordered a cranberry apple salad with grilled chicken, which only contained a pinch of cranberries, maybe a handful of salad greens, no carrots or cheese and they didn't putthe salad dressing in the bag. Why do I keep expecting this location to get better?

I usually give every Whataburger a 5-star rating when they earn it, but not at this location. I had to wait about 25 minutes for my food, and it wasn't prepared the way I like it. The service wasn't great either; a family came in just 10 minutes after me and received their food at the same time I finally did. As I was leaving, one of the staff members wished me a good night, and I checked my receipt to see if there was a survey I could complete. I tried to submit my feedback, but I ran into issues with the app timing out, so that was frustrating.

The service was good on this visit, but I had a frustrating experience during my last one. I ordered a banana milkshake but received a vanilla one instead. At least three different staff members didn't believe me until I showed them the contents of the shake. I really dislike having to make two trips for one order. The service remains slower than I'd like.

The ambiance was incredible, and the staff were extremely friendly. My food arrived promptly and without any problems. Thank you for the excellent service!
