Wendy's - Oklahoma City

Why?! We ordered nuggets, and they are usually hot and fresh. It is time to stop eating out because the fries and the 34 nuggets we bought were cold and old. Blah?

The dining experience was decent, but there is room for improvement in the customer service department.

This restaurant is a fraud and a scam! Many people have been talking about this place for years and have successfully opened more Wendy's nearby. They will cheat you on everything! Here is proof from my last visit: in the photo, the expensive overpriced Frosty on the left is a small and the one on the right is a large, but they are the same size! You will never get a real large Frosty at this place. Other places give you the true size you pay for!

Great costume service. although most times shorthanded they always get their food to a decent amount of time

Service is pretty quick but since the black girl's not working in the Drive-Thru anymore the guy that's there is very unfriendly sounds like he doesn't want to be there at all. You should have someone on the speaker that has a pleasant voice and seems like they want to serve you.
