フィードバックを提供するOrder was wrong. casser was extremely rude. his favorite word is the n word. while I wait for our dinner, I heard him say at least ten times while he complained that he lost his phone and over customers. while he was sitting in the window while he was open. cold, eating pommes! the burger of my child has been mistaken. I had bigger wormpatties at diners the size of my burgerpatties.
They always go through a long waiting period. I tried to give this place many chances, but every time it's disappointed. at today's visit 4/47/22 I have taken my order to the car. after the order, only cash money was told. no big thing. go into the window pay for my biggie bag and get them said, please pull them in front of the door and get straight out. it wasn't right. reciept said that 113 was when the mutual print was printed. around 126 I decided to go inside to find out where my order was, how other people were already served behind me. I go in and the young lady at the front counter was super sweet. she immediately let her know I'm still waiting. the woman who parked me said she forgot my order. a man then spoke and said he threw it away. I was told that my food would stay right. 5 minutes later, I have dinner. had to ask for my drink, how I never received it in the car. go to the car and my food is cold. every last piece of it. to survive the burger was not completely cooked. I will never officially promote this place again. what stinks when my office is around the corner and I visited wendys at least 2 times the week.
8:30 in the morning. 2 employees outside smoking. I drove with the car and 1 worker came to my car window and said they were not open. So I asked them why the load is never open (4 times that we left and they are not open), she said the manager is not coming up. okay, you can't do your job just because a manager isn't there. then she said there was someone who's lunching. I don't want the lunch to be cooked at 830 if lunch doesn't start for a few hours. I tried to call the company number and was 30 minutes in the hand and no answer yet, so I hanged up. wendy worst. badly ran. after other reviews from the past months, they would think something would be done.
Was in this restaurant early this morning for a doordash, and at the arrival I was not in the car ride thru for minutes, and not until I said hallo two times. then the woman who works, told me she had no command, I told her I had a door pocket and she said, "They must cancel it then and when I explained (or tried) that she threatened MY job, she just hung up the loudspeaker. obviously disrespectful,0 customer service* this is not the first time that such thing happened at this location, 90% sure it was the same woman. I refuse to return.
People in this store was so rude and loud cussing at each other in the back loud enough to the costumer can hear me and my family was in there getting food with all this happened with a 7 year old that didn't receive his sandwich so we had to go back in to get it and have cold food and was out of stuff. Not every professional and if I was the boss they all would be out of a job taking and playing around in the back not doing there job right. It need to be shut down
