Mcdonald's - Oklahoma City

You can expect consistency from McDonald's. The service is surprisingly above average. I always receive excellent treatment there... for now??? Food: 3/5.

The staff was rude that they didn't even mix my kids, McFlurry threw the blow on the ice into the cup. Then seemed upset when I asked for a straw after they didn't give me a drink. Food: 1/5

The food was fresh, but the staff did not interact with customers. Perhaps we caught them on a bad day, but overall it was a good experience. I would suggest that at least one person should put on a smile. Maybe I should have told them a joke to make them giggle, or maybe I should have just asked if they were okay. It's important to check on people, as they may not be okay. I enjoy seeing people happy. Keep smiling, McDonald's staff - we love you.

If I had a negative 50. You don't repeat what you ordered because they accused me of wrong food. You should have someone who speaks English and that wouldn't happen.

I had big breakfast with hotcakes. To make a long story short, everything was cold like it just came out of a refrigerator.Food: 2/5
