Starbucks - Okemos

I believe these two deserve a shout out for excellent service Jaylin and the other batista whose name I wasn't able to get. I came in today April 6 around 11:25am for two drinks and the line would not end. People kept on coming. They work like a well oiled machine and deserve praise.

Always fast, especially for how busy and popular this location is. Always friendly. Great all around !!!

I liked starbucks until they said what they said about the whole Palestine and Israel situation so now I am not a fan

The employees here always put they whole starbussies into the drinks they always taste so good here.

The only way I go to Starbucks is if I get a GC here, becuase I won't waste coffee. They get 2 stars becuase staff is always very friendly. But the wait is insane! If there are 3 people in line, expect 30 min wait. And I get straight off the menu, no speciality orders. Evert single time. The other thing is, Starbucks coffee taste burnt the majority of the time. The other part of the time it's overly sweet (I think in attempts to hide it). Starbucks is just not good quality coffee that is being cooked way too long at way too high of a temperature, to make it seem stronger. Overcooked and Burnt does not equal stronger. It you want stronger coffee you need to add more grounds/beans, not scorch what you have. You're much better off taking your money to Biggby or on another local coffee shop. It's the most expensive coffee and one of the worst tasting. Not to mention the very longest waits.
