Spartan Brewpub - Okemos

Spartan Brewpub is pretty good. Tried the Spartan Shield and Spartan Sword beers and enjoyed both. The food was a bit underwhelming, but ok. Bartender was friendly. The environment was nice, but seemed like a typical place.

Went twice to this new brewery. The food was delicious and so was the beer. Service was quick and attentive. The first visit was just 2 of us and we were surprised by the quick delivery of our delicious Nachos with brisket ! Very delicious. We went back with a group of 12 three days later. We had to wait a little longer to get our drinks and food but the parking lot was packed! Same good food and beer. Reasonable prices, too. You should check it out!

The food at this restaurant was fantastic and the service was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the brisket nachos. Our waiter was exceptional, and I regret not asking for his name. Although the food did take quite a while to arrive, I believe it was due to the restaurant still adjusting and I wouldn't let it affect my overall opinion.

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I ordered a beer that I had tried at a different restaurant before. It didn't taste the same, so I asked our waitress about it. She brought over the bartender who explained the difference in taste, then offered to replace it with another drink. They brought me a sample to taste before replacing my drink, and even credited our bill. The restaurant is cozy and comfortable, but also spacious enough to accommodate larger groups. We will definitely be returning.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant and I was impressed with the pleasant atmosphere. There were plenty of TV screens, although the volume was off and there were no captions that I noticed. The service was very good and they had a nice selection of sandwiches, soups, and salads. The craft beer selection was extensive and they offered some unique appetizer options which I appreciated. The crowd was light on a weeknight, so we definitely plan on coming back in the future.
