Billy's - Oil City

Still one of the best places to get wings in oilcity. There Wednesday and Saturday wing specials are a great price and they have a huge wing flavor selection to choose from

First time at Billy's, went tonight because the pipeline venue was moved because of the weather, overall, had a great time, the food was excellent, so, I'm going to have to say, 2 paws up...meow

Wings were outstanding! A bit small, but flavor was great.

I ordered wings to go and had a cocktail while I waited a very short time. The girls who waited on me this evening were quite friendly. While i did enjoy my drink &the company,however, upon getting home to eat, I was a little disappointed to find they gave me boneless wings instead of the traditional wings that i ordered. Typically, I'm not a fan of boneless wings,but these weren't bad. Other than that, I had an awesome experience.
