フィードバックを提供するOn October 11, 2023, I visited the Starbucks drive-thru and ordered just one coffee that cost around $7. I used a gift card with $5 on it and provided my debit card to cover the remaining balance. I noticed I didn’t receive a receipt but didn’t think much of it at the time. However, when I checked my bank account today, I found that they charged the full amount to my debit card and kept my gift card. It’s clear now why the cashier didn't give me a receipt or ask if I wanted one. I attempted to reach out to Starbucks support for assistance, but they were unhelpful, and their responses took forever. Unfortunately, this was a complete waste of my time with no resolution. The customer service is awful. I was standing in front of staff and not one employee acknowledged me. What is wrong with this picture??? I asked for hot cappuccino then I get a lukewarm apparently they just put the milk on top of espresso, that’s not hot there lukewarm and they didn’t apologize Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
