フィードバックを提供するI had a great experience ordering my pizza at Pizza Hut yesterday. The employees are friendly, efficient, and professional. The hand tossed pizza is better than I remembered. It was an awesome pizza. I had not been to Pizza Hut and it seemed better.
Spent 74.00 on pizza that was so disgusting, plus we waited over an hour. I called to complain and asked for the order to be replaced the manager Jennifer said she had no order for my name or my phone number I told her I could bring back the order shesaid there was nothing she could do I asked for the district managers number and name she said call back Monday. Very badcustomer service worst pizza my family tried to eat. 74.00 dollars in the trash. Thanks Pizza Hut. I will never order from thisplace again!!!!
When I tried to call the restaurant, I was met with an automated voice system and ended up on hold for a long time. I called again today and finally spoke to someone, but after explaining the issue, I was put on hold again for an extended period before the call was disconnected. I even spoke to the delivery driver, who confirmed that the root beer was not included when they picked up the order. Despite this, I left a generous tip, even though I ordered through DoorDash, as I had placed the order online through Pizza Hut. I hadn't eaten here in years and was excited to try the Detroit-style pizza. While the bread and everything else was fine, the customer service really needs improvement.
I have consistently experienced poor service at this restaurant, but this time it was simply unacceptable. I was charged for an overpriced pizza that was never delivered. Both the store and customer service showed no interest in resolving the issue; every time we called, we were hung up on. Do yourself a favor and choose a local place instead. I will never give Pizza Hut my business again.
I really appreciate the service and the food here. The owner leads an outstanding team.
