I had a wonderful experience! The service was quick, efficient, and friendly. I would definitely return. The only downside was that it felt a bit pricey.

During my frequent visits, I've noticed that she hires team members with diverse abilities, even if they might be overlooked by other employers. Unfortunately, I witnessed two incidents this week where a customer complained unjustly and left Amy feeling hurt, even though she wasn’t even present during the complaint. When I spoke to the staff, they mentioned that a particularly troubled employee had abruptly quit and directed complaints toward Amy. I find that behavior completely unacceptable. I've seen how Amy treats both her staff and her customers with kindness and respect. If you know Amy and have had the pleasure of receiving her exceptional service, I urge you to share a positive review to counteract this unfortunate negativity. If people were aware of all the wonderful things Amy does every day, they wouldn't dare speak ill of her. I will continue to bring my clients to 25th Street Coldstone because of Amy.

This ice cream shop is fantastic! My daughter loves visiting. Although the prices for ice cream and chocolate are on the higher side, the quality is outstanding. If you haven't been before, I definitely recommend checking it out!

Love coldstone. What I don?t love is one employee who doesn?t care about their work. The one on the right was supposed to look similar to the other- appetizing. This guy decided to mash it into a mushy sloppy mess. The girl employee who made the other clearly takes pride in her work and it looks great and tastes fantastic. I wish I caught her name because she deserves the tip tonight.

As a first-timer, I wasn't quite sure what to do or what questions to ask. It would have been helpful if the employees offered some clarity on the ordering process—like how many toppings to choose from, or whether to add liquid toppings before the ice cream is mixed in or after. I realize it may seem unusual that I hadn't visited before, but there are others like me who may feel out of place. While the ice cream I had was good, I’m left wondering if the experience could have been better if I had received the right guidance on choosing the ingredients. I'm uncertain about returning, as the potential for improvement is there.
