Driftwood - Ogallala

Food was really good here. Everyone who ordered something had good things to say about the food. We did not come during any live music or events. Service was great. Restaurant is clean and has a great atmosphere.Parking: Parking is all part of a strip of other stores so if it's a busy day/night, it will be difficult to find a spot near the front of the store.

Waited almost 40 minutes for a salad and a sandwich. The steak in the salad was raw, the waitress was not great, stead of apologizing for the delay and the raw food just told us they have so many people but have pf the tables were empty. She also took the steak and refried stead of getting a new one. We tried to talk to the manager but the waitress didn’t care, she just wanted us to leave.

Very good top sirloin cooked correctly to order. The beef flavor worked well with the light herby salt crust. Perfectly baked potato w/ fixings and a fresh salad for sides. I had a good brown ale to wash it all down. Our server was excellent. A nice dinner in a casual atmosphere.

Food was really good and tasty. Waiters were lovely and everything worked so good. Didn't need to wait the food. Only minus in this place was the light. Warmer lights works better for me :

Sports bar atmosphere. Lighting a bit too bright. Happy hour margaritas had almost no tequila. Happy hour potato skins were simply 2 baked potatoes sliced in half lengthwise that had a small amount of cheese and an even smaller amount of bacon bits sprinkled on top and then put in the broiler. No green onions as described on the menu. No effort made to scoop out any potato or to make the skin crispy. A lazy cook staff if you ask me. The chicken bacon ranch salad was better, decent sized and with tasty dressing. Service was prompt and courteous.
