Today stopped here to try the new crispy chicken sandwich, which is Wendy's entry into the chicken sandwich wars. Especially asked for her NEW chicken sandwich, but got this deep-fried frozen chicken patty. If it's Wendy's new chicken sandwich to compete with Chick-fli-a and Popeyes, Wendy's failure failed. And to insult injuries, the fries were cold. Not even Luke warm. Wendy's used to being good, but I'll never be back.
Service was very good. Food was hot and tasted great.
The person at the drive-thru window was obviously disinterested in their job and sounded very annoyed. The woman AT the window was very kind. The pretzel burger was delicious as well but they didn't confirm what I wanted on it... [Update] haven't seen that worker since, and the new girl is super fun and I love her!
Love the food not the price. they got my wifes order wrong.
