We stopped here for lunch. We enjoyed fresh orange juice, broccoli and cheese quiche and finished off with the best coconut brownies we have ever tasted. Well worth a visit
Was recommended this place and I'm glad we went there They have awesome sandwiches with shrimps and fresh cakes. Coffees were good and service efficient and friendly. Overall a great Cafe!
When I travel I don't normally go to the same restaurant more than once. Even if it's really good. Normally I do this so I can have the most amount of unique and wonderful culinary experiences on one trip as possible. This place was so good it made me break that rule. Their cinnamon buns will forever make me question why we make them the way we do in North America. They were so moist, fluffy, and void of any hard parts that cut up your palette, or gallons of overly sweet and artificial icing. They were folded together almost like a more compact pretzel, and this made it much easier to eat, especially on the run. Their fresh made orange and pomegranate juices were utterly delicious. Best I ever had. I must say my expectations were somewhat low to begin. I wasn't expecting a cafe in the heart of the most touristy part of Stockholm to be so authentic, and have such a high standard of quality. Cafe Schweizer thoroughly exceeded those expectations in every rite.
We were on the search for a place in Stockholm that served hot food and cappuccino for breakfast, which can be somewhat difficult to come by unless in a large hotel. We found a restaurant that offered a tasty heated quiche and an exceptional cappuccino. Despite being crowded, we were satisfied with our selection, even though the advertised eggs and smoked fish were not on the menu.
