フィードバックを提供するThe experience didn't quite match the picture. The photo displayed two different types of grated cheese, but I only received a sandwich with one type. The sandwich was wrapped so tightly that the bread ended up flattened, resembling a thick tortilla. It is what it is!
I've visited this restaurant multiple times, and the service is consistently excellent. However, I can't give it a full five stars because the prices could be better.
We visited the restaurant about a week and a half ago in the evening. There was a high school student handling the vegetables and operating the register. After he finished putting veggies on a customer's order, he used the register without removing his gloves. Once he completed the transaction, he immediately returned to the food line and began preparing the next sandwich with the same gloves, without washing his hands or changing them. As a former Subway manager, I find this practice concerning and unhygienic, as it allows germs to potentially transfer from the register to customers' sandwiches. He repeated this process for several customers.
This subway is a hit or miss which is really sad cuz I love subway and it?s the closest to my house. Sometimes the staff is nice, understanding, and takes their time but this night two girls were working who rushed through my order like they had toleave in five mins. I asked for my sandwich to be heated up which they didn?t do, they rang me up before my sandwich was evenmade, and tried to put my veggies on before my meet. Overall kinda annoyed that they rushed though it considering they weren?tbusy and it was about 40 mins to closing.
After choking on chicken bone in my sandwich returned to speak to manager an they didn't seem to care so haven't been back but once to grab food for friend. so much changed from days of customer quality an happiness to now being ignored or brushed asidefor trying to eat right an survive in town.
