Paparazzi - Odsherred

Stopped to get out of the rain while cycling. Had lunch in this rather unassuming restaurant. Restaurant was clean although a bit aged . Owner/Server spoke no English but this was not too great a barrier. He was very friendly and all went well. My Wife had chicken and bacon sandwich/large pita-swarma which was very large and very good . My hamburger was also large and good . Pommes Frittes were excellent and plentiful. We could not finish our food . Price point was quite reasonable.

Would I be back? Perhaps. It’s a fairly basic place, inside looked a bit worn down but the outside seating was nice this warm summer evening. They run a special pick your own 3 course dinner at 150,-DKK and considering this low price the sizes and quality of the food was ok. It’s not gonna leave an everlasting impression but the staff is friendly and service minded.

Proces are low, but the food is sometimes lacking quality. You can sit in the yard and it is nice on a hot summer day. The service is stretched. Beer is standard but nicely cold.

Ate for the first time at the restaurant. It has previously only been used to pick up pizzas. The food was nice and honest. i got lamb turkish which was a variety of flavours, the lamb flavor got a bit lost in the many other flavours, but good food. Julian (the owner was seen running around to satisfy his many customers. I noticed that the kitchen had a good capacity, so it easily coped with a single error that unfortunately occurred, but we were there. The place could use a lick of paint or two, but it's a place where you feel welcome, it doesn't pretend to be more than it is. If I had to offer some criticism, dear Julian out delegates some of the work. You have employees who want to do it, but they lack instruction. Think about it before you die of stress : .
