Longhorn Steakhouse - Odessa

Eat there last week, waited over an hour for service, 6 in our party, took them 30mins to get drinks, guests that arrived and ordered 30mins after us received their salads when we haven't we decided to walk out, after speaking to the manager about our situation, she seemed she didn't really care about it made sure that we would never return to this location

I've had it in many other locations but Odessa wasnt the place it was our server first she forgot to put in our appetizer then when i asked for extra plates and side of ranch which i never received and then she never came back to refill all in all it

My wife and I have enjoyed several dates at this restaurant, and it never disappoints. The staff is incredibly welcoming and attentive, the drinks are outstanding, and the appetizers are so delicious that it's easy to fill up right away. I even brought my employees here for an appreciation dinner, and although there were nine of us, they managed everything perfectly. The Odessa location is undoubtedly one of the best dining spots—not just for its convenience but also for its reasonable prices. I must say, they exceed the expectations of any other dine-in restaurants in the area.

Kaitlyn, the manager, was very unprofessional. She allowed a call-in reservation to take priority over us, and we ended up waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes to be seated. I will never dine here again.

We only received the condiments and bread at the end of the meal.
