Buffalo Wild Wings - Odessa

Placed my order for appetizer sampler and 15 wings and was informed it would be 15-20 minutes. They had our order ready in 15 minutes I was impressed until I opened up the boxes to eat cold wings.

Terrible experience trying to dine at this establishment. Our waitress took our order, disappeared and we had to look for her on several occasions for an update on our food. 45 minutes later, our food never came. No appetizers came out (we ordered 2), and she was very rude when we did ask. We eventually left to eat elsewhere.

By far the worst experience I have ever had not only did I order the 6 with other 6 half off special for Tuesday I received only 5 wings and was told I didn't hear you do you want me to get you 6 more and I replied no mam I can't wait another 45 min for 6 wings and my server walks off on me with attitude

Food was great, but this place needs some serious maintenance. The stand seat was not attached to the base, it tipped forward when I lean forward. And in the ladies' room, no one, like ZERO, was not even closed.

We love the food here, but service is a hit or miss. Even if you order, make sure to check your order before you go. The place is super rough to go, really needs an upgrade. We learned this weekend that Honey BBQ will no longer be an option in Saucen. I don't know why this decision was made, but there's really no point going back when the sauce won't be an option anymore. Potato wedges are great.
