Arby's - Odessa

The service is good and the food is enjoyable. It can get crowded at times.

The shake machine at this restaurant has been out of order for months, yet they continue to promote their shakes on their online menu. It would be better to remove them from the menu so that customers are not charged for items they cannot receive.

It was closed, and I drove 5 miles from the autobahn to get there. dissapointed. there was no notification online that said it was closed.

I order a double-bread sandwich and have what I ordered and the problem is that the meat was spoiled! I tried to call the load to let them know that no one else would have this problem and the number does not work! I called the company and the dame was very rude. she said she couldn't give me a refund, as I ordered by the door locks what I didn't want. I just wanted them to take the pampered meat and torment it so that others don't get sick!

Does not even deserve 1 star! a double beef and cheddar as well as a classic beef and cheddar flour. the food was cold, including the fries. hardly a cheddar on the bark and the cheddars! the girl that worked the window was rude and did not seem happy to be there! will never go to this arbys again!
